Partners
Vol. I · § Referrers & collaborators
Most of our applicants reach us through someone they already trust — a housing officer, GP, head teacher, debt adviser or food-bank coordinator. We work alongside you, not around you.

§ II · How partnership works
01
About a week
Nominate a referral lead. They complete a 45-minute online induction and become the named point of contact between your organisation and ours.
02
Five working days, guaranteed
Use our secure online referral portal, or speak to a caseworker. Referrals are flagged as priority — your applicants skip the public application queue.
03
Within 72 hours for urgent cases
We contact the applicant directly within five working days. Your referral lead receives a status update at the same time, so you always know the outcome.
04
Quarterly · audited annually
Each quarter we send your referral lead a confidential outcomes report — number of referrals, amounts lent or granted, repayment progress and impact narratives. Used by many partners for their own funder reporting.
§ III · A few of our current partners

§ IV · Partner pack
Download the materials below before signing up — they answer most questions, and most partner leads share them with their teams in week one.
Referral pack (PDF, 12 pages)
Eligibility, scope, the referral form, and FAQs for your staff.
Safeguarding policy
Our safeguarding framework, named DSL, and shared-information arrangements.
Outcomes framework
How we measure and report referral outcomes. Mirrors common social value frameworks.
Branded posters & leaflets
Print-ready materials for your waiting rooms, schools, food banks and community spaces.
§ V · Set your organisation up
A member of our partnerships team will be in touch within two working days to arrange your induction. There is no cost. No contractual lock-in. Many partners pause for months at a time during quieter periods — that's fine too.
A short note to existing partners
Thank you. The people you have referred have, in turn, become some of our most consistent donors and volunteers. The circle works because you make it work — quietly, in surgery rooms, school offices and housing waiting areas, every working day.
