Apply for support

Vol. I · § Begin here

Begin your application.
It is a short, kind form.

One application covers both of our products — an interest-free loan up to £50,000 (repayable) or non-repayable financial support up to £10,000. You can save your progress and come back at any time.

You'll create a free account in 30 seconds — that's it. No identity check at this stage; that comes later, with your consent.

§ I · Before you begin

Four things to know
before you press start.

  • Set aside about 20 minutes

You can save and come back. Most applications take 15–25 minutes from start to submission. If filling forms is difficult, a caseworker will complete it with you over the phone.

  • Have a few documents ready

Proof of UK address, one form of photo ID, and a recent bank statement. Photos or screenshots are fine — uploads are encrypted in transit and at rest.

  • Your application is read by a person

Not an algorithm. A named caseworker reads every application and is the same person you'll speak to throughout. We do not run a credit check at this stage.

  • Everything you share is confidential

Your details are never sold, never shared with credit reference agencies, employers or family. We retain only what we need to make a decision and meet our legal duties.

§ II · A quick check

The five things
we'll confirm first.

If any of these are uncertain, please get in touch instead of applying. We will work through it with you — there is no disadvantage to asking.
